Quiz Factory is an application that allows users to create, customize, generate (including via artificial intelligence tools), play, and share interactive quizzes with other users.
3. Account Creation & Security
Access to certain features requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User-Generated Content & Moderation
You retain ownership of the content (text, questions, images) you create. However, by publicly sharing a quiz, you grant Quiz Factory a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute this content. You must not publish content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. Quiz Factory reserves the right to moderate or remove non-compliant content without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The application's design, code, logos, trademarks, and user interface are the exclusive property of Quiz Factory. Reproduction or representation in whole or in part without express permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for maximum uptime, Quiz Factory is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted service. AI-generated quiz content is for entertainment purposes; Quiz Factory does not guarantee absolute accuracy of generated questions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
